Can I make a change?

We have an exchange application for online shopping.

You can send the products you have purchased to us for return and re-order.

What are your return conditions?

In order for your return to be processed, the products must be unused, their tags and protective alarms must not be removed, no modifications have been made and their re-saleability feature must not be lost. Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product and other GIFT products, if any, must be returned completely and undamaged.

If the products remaining in the order after cancellation or return are not sufficient to meet the campaign/coupon conditions, the campaign/coupon will be cancelled. The refund is made by deducting the discount of the campaign/coupon.

The products must be sent with the E-Archive invoice sent with your order and the relevant fields on the invoice must be filled.

Our return period is 14 days. In cases exceeding this period, your return requests will not be processed. We do not have an exchange application for the products you purchase. You can return the product you have purchased and re-order the product you want.

What are the product return stages?

Returns are carried out as follows;

You can create a return code by clicking the Return button in the My Orders section of For non-membership orders, you can create your return by clicking the 'Inquire Order' button at the bottom of the page and entering your order code and phone number. After placing the product you want to return and the E-archive invoice inside the package, you can write the return code you received on the top of the box and send the product free of charge to the courier company from which you received it.

If you want to send with different cargo companies, the shipping fee must be covered by you. You can return the products with the same shipping company, whichever you choose when purchasing the products.

Following the receipt of your returned product, if an error caused by use is not detected after the investigations by our authorities, the product price will be refunded to your account or card.

In the return of your purchases in installments, the refund amount will be reflected in your account in installments. This procedure may differ according to banks and card features, you need to contact your bank for detailed information.

The refund will be reflected in your account in one go for the transactions made in advance by credit card and debit card.

*Items that are not informed within 14 days of receipt or whose saleability is impaired will not be refunded by Vav Wear.

How long is the return period for products purchased from your online store?

You can return the products purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement. In cases beyond this period, your refund requests will not be processed.

Why are returns accepted only within the first 14 days?

The Right of Withdrawal without Reason, included in the Consumer Law, includes the first 14-day period from the date you receive the product. You can return the product you have purchased within this period. If you want to return the product due to any manufacturing defect, the return period is 14 days.
